RETURN and REFUND POLICY:

Returns are accepted for all unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging

You must email us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to request a return authorization.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.

After a return authorization has been issued, the item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days. Items sent after this period will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

We do not provide prepaid return labels; the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Unworn and undamaged sunglasses in original packaging are eligible for refund.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times are estimates only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is requested via email prior to placing your order, confirmed by merchant and additional shipping charges are paid.

If a customer requires delivery by a specific date, the customer must notify us prior to shipment. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, accommodation is not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, redirected, intercepted, or modified, including changes to the shipping address.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible addresses. This includes, but is not limited to, hotels, temporary addresses, vacation rentals, or addresses where the recipient is no longer present.

Orders shipped to an address provided by the customer that is returned, lost, or undeliverable due to address issues remain the customer’s responsibility.

WEAR + CARE:  Use a microfiber cloth to clean all lenses.  Do not use any cleaning agents. Avoid sunscreen and salt water on lenses.
